Sound healing provides a unique and immersive experience that can help release tension and stress, allowing you to feel more balanced, harmonious, and at peace.

What to bring?

Chairs will be available. However, if you wish to comfortably lay along the floor, it's recommended to bring a yoga mat, pillow for your head, pillow of your legs (if you need slight elevation), and a light blanket and night mask. Comfort is key!
