In this interactive experience, you’ll explore how rhythm can release stress, spark joy, and create connection within yourself and with others. Supported in the aerial hammock, the body feels lighter and freer, making it easier to move, play, and express through rhythm.

No experience needed. Whether you have drummed for years or never picked up an instrument, this circle is for everyone.
