If you are requesting a Virtual Real Estate Feng Shui review, please send additional information:
Walkthrough videos and/or photos of the location (interior and exterior)
Compass Reading (Laura will provide directions on how to obtain a proper compass reading)

In-person and Virtual Real Estate Feng Shui Consultations receive a 30-minute Feng Shui follow-up to discuss the findings.

You have one year from the date of purchase to redeem.
DEPOSIT or FULL payment is due before the in-person Feng Shui Real Estate Evaluation.
FULL payment is due before your Virtual Feng Shui Real Estate Evaluation.
From the date of purchase, you have one year to redeem. After that, if you wish to schedule a new session, a new Feng Shui real estate evaluation purchase is required.
Fees start as posted above for a small space: home/apartment/business. If the location has multiple levels and large square footage, a customized fee quote will be provided. Please contact Laura for more details.
Same Day Cancellation Fee: For in-person sessions, if Laura Cerrano arrives in your neighborhood or at your location and you cancel the session on the same day, cancellation fees range between $75 - $200, plus any additional cost for travel time, expenses, and accommodations, if that was required.
Same Day Feng Shui Real Estate virtual or onsite reviews include a rushed service fee of $95
