Once payment has been received, Laura will contact you within 24 hours or less to finalize your scheduling process for your interview call and onsite walk-through.

Before meeting in person, Laura conducts an in-depth phone call interview with you to discuss vital information about your specific goals and challenges. This call provides up to an hour of speaking time, however its understood not every client requires that length of time to share their focuses.

Experience a two-hour onsite walk-through of your space with Laura to receive customized Feng Shui suggestions. Recommendations are a blend of traditional and modern-day Feng Shui approaches. Suggestions include:
Flying Star Compass/BTB Feng Shui reading
Five elements/yinyang rebalancing
Optimal furniture arrangement
Ideal color choices and artwork selection
Support with reorganizing as needed
Best practical and transcendental feng shui suggestions
Suggestions on where to purchase feng shui cures, as needed
Receive an emailed rendering of your location’s Flying Stars chart superimposed over your floor plan

Receive a 30-min ZOOM, FaceTime, or phone call follow-up. You have one year from the date of purchase to redeem.
Receive quick Feng Shui follow-up support through short text messages and email exchanges. This service helps clients navigate their personal Feng Shui changes with ease, confidence, and, of course, support. Please read the Remote Follow-up Support Policy for specific guidelines on how this service works.
If additional ZOOM or phone call support is requested beyond the included 30-min session, you can use our Call Center Service.

$100 deposit is required to book your session, or you could pay in full.
The Feng Shui Consultation deposit is refundable before Laura conducts the interview call with you. If you speak with Laura and then cancel, the deposit is non-refundable because Laura has already reserved one hour of her time speaking with you.
From the date of purchase, you have one year to redeem your session. If you do not redeem within that one year and wish to schedule a new session, a new deposit for a Feng Shui Consultation is required.
Travel time and expenses are already included unless otherwise stated. If you request your consultation to be separated into two different days or more, be advised that additional travel fees and expenses will apply. Please contact Laura for more details and a customized quote.
If additional consulting time is requested beyond the 2-hour session on the same day, the fees are as follows:
Additional time beyond the second hour is $100/hr on the same day of consulting
Same Day Cancellation Fee: If Laura Cerrano arrives in your neighborhood or at your location and you cancel the session on the same day, cancellation fees range between $75 - $200, plus any additional cost for travel time, expenses, and accommodations, if that was required.
